User Agreement

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) governs the relationship between the owner of https://bullshitapp.com (hereinafter referred to as BullshitApp or Administration) on the one hand and the user of the site on the other.

The BullshitApp site is not a mass media outlet.

By using the site, you agree to the terms of this agreement.

If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, do not use the BullshitApp site!

The user has the right to:

- search for information on the site

- receive information on the site

- copy information to other sites indicating the source

- copy information to other sites with the permission of the Site Administration

- copy information to other sites with the permission of the copyright holder

- use the site information for commercial purposes with the permission of the Administration

- use the site information for commercial purposes with the permission of the copyright holders

The Administration has the right to:

- at its own discretion and as necessary, create, change, cancel rules

- restrict access to any information on the site

- create, change, delete information

- delete accounts

The user undertakes to:

- not distribute information that is aimed at promoting war, inciting national, racial or religious hatred and enmity, as well as other information for the distribution of which criminal or administrative liability is provided

- not disrupt the functionality of the site

- not create multiple accounts on the Site if they actually belong to the same person

- not to commit actions aimed at misleading other Users

- not to transfer your account and/or login and password of your account to third parties

- not to post advertising, erotic, pornographic or offensive materials, as well as other information, the posting of which is prohibited or contradicts the norms of the current legislation

- not to use scripts (programs) for the automated collection of information and/or interaction with the Site and its Services

The Administration undertakes to:

- maintain the functionality of the site except in cases where this is impossible for reasons beyond the control of the Administration.

- carry out comprehensive protection of the User's account

- protect information, the distribution of which is limited or prohibited by law by issuing a warning or deleting the account of the user who violated the rules

Responsibility of the parties

- the administration does not bear any responsibility for the accuracy of information copied from other sources

- the administration does not bear any responsibility for the services provided by third parties

Terms of the Agreement

This Agreement comes into force with any use of this site.

The Agreement ceases to be valid when a new version of it appears.

The Administration reserves the right to unilaterally change this agreement at its own discretion.

The Administration does not notify users of changes in the Agreement.
